Thanks to the advertising prowess of artists, music and fashion have become inseparable. Converse sees an all-star cast for Forever Chuck filming in which the essence of youth is explored.
To commemorate 100 years of Chuck Taylor, Converse teamed up with director Karim Huu Do for the film. Millennials of the moment like supermodel Winnie Harlow, Olly Alexander of Years and Years and Stranger Things Millie Bobby Brown are tapped for the 121-second clip.
The film is an examination of nonage and sees its participants questioned on what fuels them to keep creating. A variant of answers like “I want to be rich”, “I want to feel uncomfortable” ,“I do it for myself” can be heard, portraying Converse as a brand which promotes diversity.
