After completing his first solo exhibition, Lord of the Flys, in Hong Kong last January, Chicago native Hebru Brantley will travel to Switzerland for another solo show.

Titled Then There Were Two, the exhibit will run from September 13 until November 9 at Galerie Des Bains in Geneva.

Defining himself as an Afro-futurist, Brantley draws from a range of influences, which include Keith Haring, African American history, hip-hop, anime, manga and the Afro Cobra movement in the 1960s and 70s. His earlier works include "a theme of waves" that, as has been pointed out by Hypebeast, is seen in the teaser of Then There Were Two that Hebru posted on his Instagram.
