Matasora World Music Festival (MWMF) is created to be a place where musicians of different nationalities perform and interact with the audience. MATASORA World Music Festival (MWMF) 2017 is a festival designed to develop multicultural engagement, rural – urban discourse discussion, local tourism, eco- and sustainable lifestyle, with a number of ongoing initiatives that enable the community to connect with other cultures. The two days program is designed to be a premier Indonesian cultural event, contributing to, and engaging with the cultural landscape of the ASEAN – Pacific Region.
This unique festival is created to open the hearts and minds of Indonesian and foreign visitors to the rich tapestry of world culture. It is designed to attract more than 10.000 visitors, highlighting the different cultures around the globe with an inspiring array of music, art performances, dance and food programs to explore.
